The service

EZwholesale provides B2B catalogue, ordering, customer management, messaging and document tools. Wholesalers and customers remain responsible for their products, prices, tax treatment, stock, delivery, payments and the contracts they form with each other.

Accounts and acceptable use

You must provide accurate business information, protect your login details and promptly tell us of unauthorised access. You must not misuse the service, upload unlawful or harmful material, interfere with security, scrape the service, or use it to infringe another person's rights.

Trials, subscriptions and cancellation

• Wholesaler accounts may receive the trial shown at sign-up; business-customer accounts are free.
• Paid plans, prices, inclusions and billing frequency are shown before checkout.
• Subscriptions renew for the stated billing period until cancelled through the billing portal.
• Cancellation stops future renewal; access ordinarily continues to the end of the paid period.
• Except where required by law, fees already paid are not refundable.

Your content and AI-assisted imports

You keep ownership of content you submit and give us permission to host and process it to provide the service. You must have the right to submit it. AI-assisted catalogue results can be incomplete or incorrect; review product names, prices, tax and stock before publishing or accepting orders.

Availability and liability

We work to keep the service secure and available but cannot promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or guarantees that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Suspension, changes and contact

We may suspend access to protect users, investigate misuse or comply with law. We may update these terms and will give reasonable notice of material changes. These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Questions can be sent to info@sthumans.com.
